This hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities including tea/coffee facilities. Guests also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to accommodate requests. there are plenty of restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, allowing for convenience and variety in dining options.
Some of the room accessories are outdated and could use an upgrade.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering a range of services including laundry and car hire. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities like free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and poolside snack bar, perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sun.

As a business traveler, I loved the spacious rooms and the convenience of having everything I needed right in them. The free toothbrushes were a nice touch, and the staff, particularly the Arabic and Asian ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the Union Metro station, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
I felt really comfortable during my stay and have nothing to complain about.

During my recent stay at Al Khaleej Palace Deira, I was impressed by the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from Union Metro station. The staff were friendly and even offered us a free room upgrade without us even asking. The neighborhood felt safe, even late at night, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away with great prices. The room had daily housekeeping and tea/coffee facilities, and the big TV was a nice touch, even though we didn't end up using it.
I did notice a faint smoke smell in the front lobby and common area, which wasn't very pleasant. the neighbors in the hotel were quite noisy and smoked in their rooms, bothersome.
